Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Who processes it

The website is designed to run on Vercel. Resend processes form submissions for email delivery, and your enquiry is sent to james@jcicada.com. Hosting, email delivery, and email inbox providers may process technical information and messages to operate their services. Their processing locations may differ from yours.

Retention and choices

We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the conversation, related business records, and applicable obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your enquiry by emailing james@jcicada.com. Some records may need to be retained where required.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process request logs for delivery, reliability, and security.
